Tina Hurley
Operations Manager
Tina has joined NCITS recently after spending almost ten years at a local Internet Service Provider. Her previous work included Desktop Tech Support specialising in virus/malware and spyware removal, Internet trouble-shooting and User Training. With a wide range of experience in technologies and a straight-shooter personality, Tina adds an excellent dimension to an otherwise all-male team!
Tina enjoys weekends away on her motor bike, watching movies, Boxing and spending time with her 3 children.
Shane Sorgsepp
Service Engineer
Shane is our most experienced technician, with over seventeen years of IT Support under his belt. He began working on computers in the days of monochromatic displays, dot-matrix printers and DOS 4.01. Having kept pace with the ever-changing world of IT Shane has personally deployed some of our largest customer networks. Specializing in complex mail servers, security gateways and Virtual Private Networking including remote desktop services. He can customize solutions to suit every client's needs. In his spare time he enjoys ham radio and all things technical.
Ken Mackie
Service Technician
Since leaving the Navy in 1982, Ken has been active in the IT Industry. He has worked for several well known IT companies as a Field Technician, Mainframe Sites Manager, Desktop Tech Support and Technical/User Trainer. With wide ranging experience in technologies and equipments, Ken now works mainly as our Workshop Technician.
Simon Carlile
Service Technician
Simon studied mechanical engineering at the University of Wollongong before deciding to change fields to Information Technology. Having completed Certificate III in IT, Simon is hungry for more. He is quiet, intelligent and a very quick, dedicated learner. Hailing from a large family, Simon enjoys nothing more than hanging out with friends, reading, watching movies, playing sports and computer games.
Peter Donaldson
Service Engineer
Peter recently moved to the south coast from Sydney and is the newest member of the NCITS team. Having worked for several large I.T companies based in Sydney, Peter brings with him 11 years of technical experience in a range of different technologies. Peter's broad range of knowledge and eager-to-help attitude makes him a invaluable contribution to our team.
In his spare time Peter enjoys fishing, gaming, spending time with his family and most water-related activities.
